PASHA Insurance is currently seeking for DATA ANALYST INTERN.
Key Responsibilities:
· Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can support business decisions.
· Reporting: Prepare and present data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.
· Support Projects: Collaborate with different teams, such as underwriting, claims, and marketing, to support data-driven projects and initiatives.
· Quality Assurance: Help maintain the integrity and consistency of data across systems, performing routine data audits and validation checks.
· Research: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in data analytics to bring fresh ideas to the team.
· Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed, providing support to senior analysts and management.
Qualifications:
· Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
· Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python).
· Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
Soft Skills:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Preferred Experience: Previous internship or project experience in data analysis is an advantage but not required.
