Kapital bank is hiring UX Researcher for Birbank tribe in Agile team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product teams to identify research topics
- Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes
- Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs
- Conduct research using a wide variety of qualitative methods and a - subset of quantitative methods
- Work cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy and marketing
- Presents the synthesis to the Squad and Design Chapter members
Requirements
- Higher degree
- 2+ years working experience in related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to plan, manage and execute research projects
- Curious and creative; enjoy exploring complex issues
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English
- Able to blend both quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback into product design process
