Will work closely with logistics operations and ensure alignment between the strategic goals of the company and day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in HRM, business administration or similar fields.
- Over 5 years of HR generalist experience.
- A solid background in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills.
