Key Responsibilities:

 Deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework;

  Foster curiosity, independence, and reflection in students;

  Support students’ social and emotional development;

  Use assessments to guide learning and provide meaningful feedback;

  Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs;

  Communicate regularly with parents about student progress;

  Collaborate with colleagues to plan and improve teaching practices;

  Participate in professional development and embody the IB philosophy.

Requirements:

  Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field;

  Recognized teaching certification;

  Fluency in English (spoken and written);

  Experience in an IB PYP environment or a solid understanding of the PYP framework;

  Strong skills in inquiry-based and student-centered pedagogy;

  Excellent communication, collaboration, and intercultural competence;

  A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional development.
