Vacancy: Operation coordinator
Working Conditions:
Location: Babek Plaza
Work schedule: 5 days a week
Working hours: 09:00–18:00
Salary: 1207.45 AZN (Gross / After the 3-month probation period, a 20% salary increase will be applied)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Geoscience, Geology, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field
Basic knowledge of geoscience data and oil & gas processes
Languages: Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (C1), English (B2)

Responsibilities:
Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of technical systems across operational sites.
Providing technical expertise, engineering leadership, and specialist guidance to the team.
Leading quality reviews, technical audits, and deliverable acceptance processes.
Reviewing technical work packages and deliverables against acceptance criteria; planning and conducting internal quality audits; documenting audit findings; monitoring the timely implementation of corrective actions; preparing quality reports; and verifying the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.
Optimizing equipment performance, reliability, and lifecycle management.
Conducting Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses for critical equipment; optimizing preventive maintenance schedules; monitoring equipment lifecycle and proactively identifying obsolescence risks; providing recommendations for spare parts planning; and proposing alternative strategies to reduce maintenance costs.
Contributing to technical planning, feasibility studies, and operational improvement roadmaps.
Preparing feasibility studies for new equipment acquisitions, technology upgrades, or process changes; conducting cost-benefit analyses; developing and regularly updating operational development roadmaps; supporting planning meetings; and integrating engineering perspectives into strategic projects.
Supporting the preparation and review of contracts.
