We are looking for a positive and communicative team member to conduct speaking assessment sessions with students (Adults and Kids).

Requirements:

• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate level or above)

• Strong communication skills and clear verbal expression

• Positive attitude and ability to work with students

• Personal notebook/laptop is required

• Degree in English Language Teaching / TEFL / TESOL / Education or related field is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct short in-person and online speaking sessions with students

• Assess and categorize students’ speaking levels after each session

• Prepare a report after each speaking session, including Level result and Brief notes accurately

• Zoom speaking sessions must be recorded, saved to Google Drive, and archived weekly

• Maintain professional and friendly communication

Work Schedule:

• 11:00 — 16:00 (Offline)

• 17:30 — 20:30 (Online)

Additional Information:

• Net salary: 400 AZN

• This is an entry-level position designed for candidates who are at the beginning of their teaching career

• The position is planned for 6 months, after which the selected candidate is expected to transition into an ESL English Teacher role within the organization, based on performance and readiness
