“Agro Dairy” LLC, operating in agriculture announces a job admission to the position of "LEGAL & COMPLIANCE İNTERN"
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- doing research and analysis of respective departments of law
- ensuring compliance of activity of company to legislation
- creating required normative base for implementation of activity of company
- preparing draft agreements and submitting them to respective departments of company
- preparing contracts with partners of company as well as providing review and negotiations works
- participying at internal contol procedures such as investigation, monitorings and etc. of structural departments of Company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor degree (Law)
- Experience: up to 1 year or new graduates
- Knowledge of normative legal acts
- Language skills: Azerbaijani, English
- IT knowledge: MS office, Outlook
