• Bachelor’s degree completed (Master’s degree in progress is a plus)
• Languages: Azerbaijani, English, Russian
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional & Personal Skills:
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Certification in web programming is an advantage
• Ability to write clean, maintainable OOP code and understand existing codebases
• Punctual, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
