Build your future. Make a difference.
Wemark is introducing its 2026 Internship Program for young professionals at the beginning of their careers.
The three-month program will take place from August to October 2026 at Wemark’s Baku office. During this period, recent graduates and early-career candidates will have the opportunity to experience a real working environment, contribute to a variety of projects, and develop their professional skills through hands-on practice.
The internship program is organized across three main tracks: Creative, Client Strategy, and Growth.
Within the program, participants can gain hands-on experience in Graphic design, Copywriting and Content creation, Client strategy development and project management, as well as Digital marketing, Product ownership, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Put your skills to the test on real projects
Selected participants will work alongside the Wemark team on real client projects, collaborate across different teams, and receive mentorship throughout the program.
Over the three months, interns will be supported through continuous feedback and practical assignments designed to strengthen their skills and professional development. At the end of the program, participants will undergo a performance evaluation, and those who successfully complete the internship will receive a certificate.
High-performing participants may also be considered for available positions at Wemark. If there are no suitable openings at the time, selected candidates may be invited to join the company’s Talent Community for future career opportunities.
Who can apply?
The internship program is designed for recent graduates, young professionals taking their first career steps, early-career specialists, and self-taught creative talents.
Previous work experience is not a key requirement. During the selection process, Wemark will place greater emphasis on each candidate’s potential, curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow in their chosen field.
Candidates applying for creative roles are encouraged to submit a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
