Role Description
• Support top management in development and monitoring of long-term organizational strategy.
• Develop financial models to assist in business hypotheses testing and feasibility studies.
• Develop departmental goals, processes and resource allocation for achievement of the organizational strategy.
• Improving strategic and financial decision-making across the company. • Plan, implement and oversee strategic initiatives.
• Support and guide senior executive decision-making processes.
• Provide appropriate and reliable financial advice, recommendations, and expert technical interpretation on complex strategic and operational matters.

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required
• 5+ years of experience in finance, business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.
• Advanced financial modelling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Project management skills.
• Degree in finance, business, or related field
