Aghdam City Hotel / Hilton Garden Inn Agdam is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to manage and support end-to-end HR operations within our dynamic hospitality environment.

Requirements:

• More than 1 year of experience in Human Resources

• Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and HR legislation

• Experience working with electronic government platforms (e-sosial, ISB, ƏMAS)

• Proficiency in 1C and MS Office programs

• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, and HR administration processes

• Experience in organizing team engagement initiatives and corporate activities
