We’re Hiring: Head of Human Resources

Dunya School is looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead and further develop our HR function.

Key Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field;

– Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within HR;

– Strong knowledge and practical application of Azerbaijan’s labor legislation;

– Experience with HR management systems and relevant software;

– SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRCI, CIPD, or similar international HR certifications are considered an advantage;

– Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage;

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement the organization’s HR strategy;

– Establish and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and processes;

– Ensure HR operations and employee documentation comply with labor legislation and internal policies;

– Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, terminations, leave, and disciplinary processes;

– Lead and coordinate the HR team and its day-to-day activities;

– Oversee HR reporting, employee records, and document management;
